Zak was again invited by the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC) to return as a faculty presenter in their entrepreneurial training program on October 8th.  This installment of the multi-week training program addresses a range of legal issues typically confronted by small businesses. These issues include selecting a business structure and the protection of limited liability, dealing with contractual matters, and dispute resolution.

WEDC’s supports and empowers women building successful new businesses. It is the premier source of training, advisory services, and access to capital throughout Westchester County and the Lower Hudson Valley. WEDC currently offers this training program at sites in White Plains and Yonkers. Graduates of the program benefit from on-going peer support, alumni mentoring, and grant opportunities. Interested entrepreneurs should consider applying for the next series.

Zak Shusterman is has an ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and their new businesses.
